Turning vision into visibility.

Our Story

I've spent my career helping organizations communicate.

From healthcare and nonprofits to professional services, executive leadership, and small businesses, one thing has remained consistent: every organization has a story worth telling.

Yet I've also seen the same challenge repeated across industries.

Some organizations have talented people executing marketing but lack strategic direction. Others have big-picture ideas but no one to bring them to life consistently. Too often, business leaders find themselves caught in the middle—trying to manage agencies, freelancers, internal teams, and technology while still running the business they've worked so hard to build.

That's the gap The Teal Bridge was created to bridge: help organizations connect strategy with execution.

Beyond the

Bridge

Business is personal because people are personal.

When I'm not partnering with clients, you'll most likely find me spending time with my husband, Scott, and our Goldendoodle, Lady. I'm an old soul at heart who appreciates classic cars, meaningful conversations, and the occasional trip to Disney—because I believe creativity, perspective, and rest are just as important as hard work.

Giving back is also a meaningful part of my life. I serve with the student ministry at my local church and am honored to serve on the board of Never Alone Foundation, an organization dedicated to strengthening mental health and supporting individuals and families in our community.

Whether I'm in a strategy session, volunteering, or enjoying time with family, I believe the same principle applies:

Strong relationships are built through trust, intentionality, and showing up well for others.

It's a philosophy that guides both my life and my work.
