PORTFOLIOStrategy. Storytelling. Content that connects.
Turning Expertise into Engagement
The Challenge: An established executive coach, author, and workplace expert wanted to continue expanding his reach and strengthening his position as a trusted thought leader in the leadership space.
With years of expertise, proven frameworks, published books, and real-world experience, the challenge wasn't creating more… it was finding consistent, engaging ways to share that expertise with a broader audience and connect it back to his services and resources.
The Solution: We developed an ongoing thought-leadership content strategy built around the workplace challenges leaders and employees are navigating every day.
Through podcast conversations, short-form video, reels, graphics, articles, and social content, we turn real-world workplace questions into opportunities for him to share practical advice, demonstrate his expertise, and introduce audiences to the ideas and frameworks behind his coaching, speaking, and books.
Rather than simply promoting his services, the strategy allows people to experience his expertise before ever working with him.
The Result: Consistent, relevant content has helped expand his digital presence while reinforcing his reputation as a go-to expert on workplace dysfunction, leadership, executive presence, and organizational culture.
The goal isn't simply to tell people you're an expert. It's to consistently demonstrate expertise in a way that makes people want to hear more and close the deal.
Making Complex Information Clear
The Challenge: An established specialty healthcare practice relocated and opened a new, state-of-the-art facility designed to serve patients traveling from across the country and beyond. The practice specializes in an innovative prostate cancer treatment that offers patients an alternative to a traditional procedure that has been the standard of care for generations.
The question we needed to answer: How do we help patients understand and trust a treatment they may have never heard of—especially when they're making one of the most important healthcare decisions of their lives?
The Solution: We developed an education-first content strategy designed to make complex medical information understandable and empower prospective patients to make informed decisions about their care.
Through physician-led educational videos, patient stories, social media content, graphics, and long-form resources, we consistently communicate not only what makes the treatment different, but why those differences matter, particularly when it comes to quality-of-life outcomes.
Rather than simply promoting a procedure, the strategy positions the physicians as trusted educators and allows prospective patients to begin learning long before they walk through the door.
The Result: Today, the practice is the #1 center in the world for this procedure, welcoming patients from across the United States and internationally.
The goal isn't simply visibility. It's helping people understand their options and giving them the information they need to confidently advocate for their care.
From Buyer to Builder
The Challenge: Following a business acquisition, the new owner knew he wanted to invest in video content to increase visibility. Initially, we were introduced to support video production. During our discovery conversation, we explored the broader business goals and the opportunities ahead. Together, we decided the best first step wasn't creating content—it was creating a plan.
The Solution: Rather than waiting until the new year to begin marketing, we scheduled a Brand Visibility Intensive in November 2025. During that session, we clarified the organization's messaging and growth goals, identified key audiences, and developed a communications roadmap so we could begin the year with purpose instead of guessing.
The session provided so much clarity that the client accelerated our engagement, moving ongoing marketing support from the original Q1 start date of March to January 2026.
The Result: Just four months after launching the strategy and content plan, the client sent a text following a meeting with UPS. Their team shared that the client’s videos were a key reason they initiated the conversation.
For this client, the value wasn't simply creating more content—it was ensuring the right message reached the right audience with consistency.
“Thank you for everything. I’m lucky to know and work with you!”
